Device Pulse publishes general information for physicians and other professional buyers evaluating medical capital equipment. It is not medical advice, patient care guidance, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, a valuation, or a substitute for an engineer, physicist, qualified service technician, or equipment inspector. Use of the site does not create a physician-patient, attorney-client, adviser-client, or consulting relationship.

Clinical decisions remain with licensed professionals working within applicable indications, training, law, and patient circumstances. Purchase decisions require current manufacturer documents, contracts, quotes, service terms, regulatory records, and independent review appropriate to the transaction.

Pricing, ROI, safety, and regulatory limits

Published prices are estimates or dated observations unless a page says otherwise. List prices, asking prices, quotes, auction results, and completed transactions are different evidence classes. Taxes, financing, consumables, software, training, service, shipping, installation, warranties, and accessories can change the total cost.

ROI examples depend on assumptions about volume, price, staffing, downtime, refunds, marketing, financing, tax treatment, and clinical eligibility. Editorial independence and intellectual property

Manufacturer and product names, logos, and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification and commentary. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Device Pulse does not accept payment for rankings, reviews, or editorial conclusions. Any future affiliate or sponsored element must be disclosed near that element.

You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution. Do not republish full pages, remove source or correction notices, scrape personal information, interfere with site operation, or present Device Pulse analysis as manufacturer documentation. Public agency records remain subject to their own terms and status.

Newsletter and acceptable use

A subscription request must use an address you are authorized to submit. Do not use forms for spam, automated abuse, unlawful content, protected health information, credential testing, or interference with another person's subscription. Device Pulse may limit abusive requests and retain the minimum record needed to honor an unsubscribe or protect the service.

Newsletter cadence can change. Delivery is not guaranteed because email providers, address state, security controls, and technical failures can prevent delivery. Unsubscribe requests should be honored through the provided mechanism.

Accuracy, corrections, links, and liability

Device Pulse aims to cite sources and correct material errors. Public records, pricing observations, and market conditions can change after publication. Check the last-updated date and the linked source. Report suspected errors to the publisher through the professional profile linked on the page.

Third-party sites control their own content, security, availability, and terms. To the extent allowed by law, Device Pulse is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Changes and governing terms

These terms may be updated as the publication, newsletter system, or commercial model changes. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after a posted change means the site is used under the revised terms to the extent allowed by law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Your due-diligence obligations

Before buying, leasing, financing, selling, or using a device, identify the exact legal entity, model, configuration, serial number, software version, indication, and intended workflow. Confirm regulatory status from the live agency record. Ask the seller for title, lien, service, calibration, recall, warranty, training, and transfer documentation. Inspect a used unit through a qualified independent party where appropriate.

Read the contract. A sales presentation, email, archive issue, or directory page does not replace the signed terms. Put uptime, repair response, loaner equipment, software access, consumables, training, installation, delivery, acceptance testing, and exit rights in writing. A promise that is material to the purchase belongs in the agreement.

Disputes and contact

Raise a content concern with the publisher first and identify the URL, disputed statement, and supporting primary source. Good-faith correction requests are welcome. Do not send patient records or confidential contracts through an ordinary message. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
